Kennedy Catholic will open our computer lab to families who need access to a computer. Please contact the business office for arrangements.

PDF files are the best format for document upload, however other formats can be supported including: JPG, TIF, GIF, Microsoft Word (doc) or Excel (xls) although it's important to note that the system can only accept files under 5MB in size. Before uploading, families should cross out any Social Security Numbers or bank account numbers on their documents unless it's the IRS form 4506 which requires a Social Security Number to process.

Owners/part-owners of businesses, farms, partnerships and/or corporations must also submit copies of the following document as appropriate for your situation: Schedule C: (if self-employed).

Kennedy Catholic High School requires both parents to participate in the tuition assistance application process. We ask both parents to submit tax documents and submit an application. Please contact the Business Office if either parent needs additional information or instructions.

Parents/guardians are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service to the school per family (10 hours for single parent households) if receiving tuition assistance. Hours will be tracked independently by parents/guardians and submitted electronically at the end of each school year. If no hours are completed or submitted, future tuition assistance may be reduced or held.

A Fulcrum Foundation grant provides $1,500 towards a high school student's tuition. Grants are distributed annually and awarded on the basis of financial need. A Fulcrum Foundation tuition assistance grant may be combined with tuition assistance from Kennedy Catholic High School. Families applying for Kennedy Catholic tuition assistance through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment online application will automatically be considered for a Fulcrum Foundation grant.

Kennedy Catholic High School offers textbook assistance through the Batterberry Book Fund. Students who need support in purchasing textbooks can fill out a Batterberry Book Fund Request Form. In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we try to provide the two or three most expensive books for each request. Students are welcome to make additional requests however there is no guarantee that we can fulfill the added books.

Batterberry Book Fund Request Forms can be picked up in the Kennedy Catholic main office or click here to download. Forms should be returned to Katie Burns by email or to the main office.

Students are asked to return Batterberry Books at the end of the school year. In returning gently used books, students will be partnering with us in helping future Kennedy Catholic students receive needed textbooks.
