Steps to apply
The application process to Kennedy Catholic is three parts:
Incoming Freshmen
We are no longer accepting new applications for the 2026-2027 school year. The application for the 2027-2028 school year opens September 1, 2026.
Online
Application
Access our online Applicant Portal to complete your student’s application.
School Document Requests
Request school documents with the form below (transcripts, standardized testing information, discipline, and attendance record).
Teacher Evaluations
Request a teacher evaluation and placement information from their 7th or 8th grade teachers.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION MILESTONES FOR THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR:
- September 1, 2026: Application Opens
- October 1, 2026: Tuition Assistance Application Opens
- December 31, 2026: Tuition Assistance Application Due
- January 5, 2027: Priority Application Deadline*
- Applications received after January 5 will be reviewed on a space-available basis.
- February 11, 2027 | 3pm PT: Admissions Notifications sent via email.
- February 27, 2027: Enrollment Notification Deadline
Transfer Students
We are no longer accepting transfer applications for the 2026-2027 school year. Transfer applicants for the 2027-2028 school year will receive admissions notifications on a rolling basis after February 11, 2027.
Kennedy Catholic welcomes qualified sophomore and junior transfer students. We do not accept senior year transfers unless there is a family move into the geographical area or a petition of unique circumstances. Transfer applicants should send a copy of their unofficial transcript to determine transfer eligibility.
Upon review and notification, the following items will need to be completed.
Prospective transfer students should provide transcripts to admissions@kennedyhs.org prior to submitting an online application. Please reach out to the Admissions Team if you have any questions.
Midyear transfer applicants should connect with the admissions office regarding eligibility and criteria at admissions@kennedyhs.org.
