Steps to apply
The application process to Kennedy Catholic is three parts:
Incoming Freshmen
The initial application deadline for the Class of 2030 has now passed. Applications will continue to be reviewed on a space-available basis.
If a student’s application is fully completed by the 15th of a given month, the admissions decision will be shared by the 15th of the following month. For example, if an application is completed by April 15, the admissions decision will be communicated by May 15.

School Document Requests
Request school documents with the form below (transcripts, standardized testing information, discipline, and attendance record).
Teacher Evaluations
Request a teacher evaluation and placement information from their 7th or 8th grade teachers.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION MILESTONES FOR THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR:
September 1, 2025: Application Opens
October 1, 2025: Tuition Assistance Application Opens
December 31, 2025: Tuition Assistance Application Due
January 6, 2026: Priority Application Deadline*
Applications received after January 6 will be reviewed on a space-available basis.
February 13, 2026 | 3pm PST: Admissions Notifications sent via email.
February 26, 2026: Enrollment Notification Deadline
Kennedy Catholic welcomes qualified sophomore and junior transfer students. We do not accept senior year transfers unless there is a family move into the geographical area or a petition of unique circumstances. Transfer applicants should send a copy of their unofficial transcript to determine transfer eligibility.
Transfer Students
We review transfer applications and release acceptance decisions on a rolling basis. If a student’s application is fully completed by the 15th of a given month, the admissions decision will be shared by the 15th of the following month.
