Winter sports registration, which includes wrestling (available to both boys and girls), is now live on our website. All interested student-athletes must be registered AND have a current physical on file in the athletic office prior to participation.
Wrestling season begins on Monday, November 12. On that day, practice will begin at 10:00am in the wrestling loft. Please be there early and ready to wrestle. Wrestling is currently a non-cut sport, although not all competitors should expect to participate in matches.
Standard daily practice schedule will look like this:
- 3:00-3:45pm: Weight room and/or Study Hall (not optional; part of practice)
- 3:45-5:30pm: Practice on mats (upper west loft)
Winter sports parent night is Monday, November 19 from 6-8pm in the school cafeteria. All parent/guardians are expected to attend.
Games schedules will be posted online through NPSLathletics.org. Practice schedules will be released to the team when available.
