HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST (HSPT)
Kennedy Catholic High School requires prospective freshmen students to take the High School Placement Test to be considered for admission. Test results are also used for high school eligibility, class placement and as one of several factors in the scholarship award process. The test consists of multiple choice questions covering reading comprehension, language and mathematics as well as a timed essay.
Test results will be mailed to each student using the USPS. Fees are non-refundable.
Saturday, November 16 or Sunday, November 17 from 9:00am - 1:00pm (doors open at 8:45)
HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST (HSPT) WITH ACCOMMODATIONS
To request testing accommodations (extended time only) on the HSPT, please e-mail a copy of the documentation that provides evidence of a learning difference and the need for testing accommodations, e.g. IEP, 504, or full evaluation by a qualified practitioner. This documentation must be received no later than November 8, 2019. The documentation will be reviewed to determine eligibility for extended time. Families will be notified of their eligibility status by email.
